Monthly Deployment Report
mtdt.io can send a monthly PDF summarizing everything the team deployed. It is aimed at readers who do not run deployments themselves — a team lead, a customer's IT manager, an auditor — and each section answers one question.
Set it up in Team Settings → Monthly Reports.
What the report contains
- Verdict — whether it was a normal month, in one sentence.
- Was it governed — how much went through mtdt.io, and what reached the org another way.
- What went wrong — the failed deployments with their actual cause.
- Is it getting better — this period against the previous one, and the latest static-analysis scan against the one before it.
- What landed — component changes, who deployed, and the deployments mtdt.io still has a stored result for.
Every figure appears once, and each section can close with a one-sentence takeaway derived from the same numbers.
Scheduling and recipients
- Settings — turn the monthly send on or off and list the email addresses that receive it. Recipients do not need an mtdt.io account.
- Request Report — generates one on demand without waiting for the schedule.
- Past reports are listed on the same page with a Download action.
The report covers the team it was generated for. Deployments that were cleaned up by retention are still counted; what disappears is the stored component detail behind them.
