Fair Use Policy

Our Free plan and promotional offers exist to let teams evaluate MTDT with real Salesforce metadata. To keep this sustainable for everyone, service restrictions may apply to your account or organization if:

• You, or people acting on behalf of your organization, create multiple accounts or organizations to reset or exceed Free plan limits that are meant to apply once per customer
• A promotional code or discount intended as a one-time offer is redeemed more than once by the same person, company, or payment method through newly created accounts

We'll notify you before restrictions apply — except in cases of suspected abuse, where we may restrict access without prior notice to protect the platform and other customers.

Restrictions may include: disabling new Free-plan signups or org connections from the same account holder or company, revoking a duplicated promotional discount, merging or disabling duplicate accounts, and — in confirmed abuse cases — suspending access entirely.
