It is listed as a subprocessor in Appendix 3 of the Data Processing Agreement and on the Subprocessors page.
Where the Platform Runs
The Services run in the European Union, on infrastructure operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in Falkenstein, Germany. Personnel with access to the production systems are located in the European Economic Area. Section 7 of the Data Processing Agreement sets out how international transfers are handled.
